Well i haven't seen husband details as of now based on ur sis chart saturn is aspecting 5th house andthere are 4 planets in lagna causing confusion stress to her, before conclusion can u reply my few questions plz-

Husband's weight is around 65 but wife's weight is too much at around 88 Kg.
Both of them are pure vegetarians- not even onion and garlic.
They sleep around 10 pm and get up around 5 am.
Wife is a bit temperamental. She is quite emotional too. Husband is balanced and thinks in a logical way.

thats why i asked, does she have thyroid , why so much weight, it should come at least 70 if she is 5'4" or 5'5".once she reduces weight get back to me, by this year end she will conceive, i will share some remedies, tell her not to woory , time was not suitable but now she can be hopeful
