Well what your description is seems insufficient to say all in total,one such combination was around 2nd December1997,in u r born around that,or begore that 1966,i dont know...however for sagi ascendant people mercury is good,should give some effect related to 10th house n 7th house,whichever year u r born irrespective of that lord of 8th that is moon in lagna is not great placement,such people sometimes make mistakes on their own n later says oh this happened with me,so be careful with that,mars is a planet which affects many thing u have not mention its position.in transit also jupiter came in 10tlh house so good time for career promotion job n any such activities
